Rules of The Room / Charges for Violations

Guest Policy:

A Member can bring upto 3 guests with them to The Room for FREE.  When bringing a guest, you can also reserve additional time to give you and your guests more time to play. 

Rules:

• Only practice swing when standing in the T-box area of the simulator;
• No beverages or food in the carpeted simulator area or by the computer and monitor;
• Please make sure your golf balls do not have any burrs on them and are clean.  Do not mark the golf balls with a marker, highlighter or pen;
• Do not use any foot spray or aerosol spray while in The Room;
• Use the tees provided by The Golf Room;
• No metal cleated shoes, high heeled shoes or boots or dirty shoes in The Room;
• Use clean golf clubs - please clean your clubs after golfing outside;
• When bringing guests, register your guests online before golfing;
• No smoking or vaping in The Room;
• No animals or illegal activitives in The Room;
• Shut the projector off and close The Room door when exiting The Room;
• Be sure that the outside entry door shuts completely when you leave; and
• You break it - you buy it.

Tips to Follow

• Arrive at the Room early;
• Stretch before you swing; and
• Remember that even though there is no dress code, The Room is under 24/7 surveillance... so please, dress appropriately!

Rule Violation Fees / Charges For Damages:

The Golf Room may charge a Member a reasonable fee if they need to pursue a rule violation as well as the actual cost to repair the damage.  If the damage casues the simultor or The Room to be unusable, a Member may be charged $200.00 per day for the days the Simulator is not working.  So please, play Smart... so we never have too apply this rule.
